Orders and Medals of the Constellation of the South

Each head of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia kept under his high protection an organisation located initally at PERQUENCOT in Araucania. This organisation was ruled by the private council of the King and could have subsideries inside or outside of the Kingdom.

Each King brought his own touch on it, either by changing the Statutes and/or by modifying the design of the decorations and medals.

Those different changements are the following ones:

Orélie-Antoine : Société Royale de la Constellation du Sud
Achille 1er : Ordre des Décorés et des Médaillés de la Constellation du Sud
Antoine II : Ordre de la Croix Stellaire du Sud

after Antoine II this organisation had again the same name as under Achille 1er, and this until the arrival of Philippe 1er
Philippe 1er : Décoration de la Légion des Médaillés de la Constellation du Sud
